Mentoring a student teacher isn’t always about having them start from scratch—it’s about building together. 🤝 I shared where I envisioned an already developed unit going, and my student teacher took it even further with her own ideas. She found primary and secondary resources that paired beautifully with the content, something I had not yet had the time (or energy) to do myself.

Watching her grow in confidence and creativity was a reminder of why mentorship matters. We grow together, and our students benefit the most. 💡✨
